Only candidates who clear the PSG will be allowed to take part in the PET.
For Male Candidates:
Long Race: 1600 meters in 6 minutes 30 seconds
Push-ups: 20( 1 full cycle = up and down
For Female Candidates:
Long Race: 1000 meters in 6 minutes 30 seconds
Shot Put (4 kg): Minimum distance of 14.5 feet in 3 attempts.
