Educational Qualification
- Assistant General Manager (Finance): MBA (Finance) or equivalent (e.g., MFC/CA/ICWA) with minimum 6 years relevant post-qualification experience in Banking/Financial Institutions, including at least 3 years in an executive role. Must have passed Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric standard.
- Senior Manager (Finance): MBA (Finance) or equivalent (e.g., MFC/CA/ICWA) with minimum 6 years relevant post-qualification experience in Banking/Financial Institutions, including at least 3 years in an executive role. Must have passed Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric standard.
- Manager (P&A): MBA (Personnel) or equivalent with at least 2 years relevant post-qualification experience in personnel and general administration in a corporate environment. Preference for candidates with an additional law degree. Must have passed Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric standard.
- Senior Manager (IA): 1st Class B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, preferably with an MBA, and minimum 6 years relevant post-qualification experience in development/maintenance of Industrial Infrastructure, including 3 years in an executive role. Must have passed Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric standard.
- Manager (IA): 1st Class B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, preferably with an MBA, and minimum 2 years relevant post-qualification experience in development/maintenance of Industrial Infrastructure. Must have passed Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric standard.
- Manager (Accounts): CA/ICWA with at least 2 years relevant post-qualification experience in Industry/Financial Institutions/Banks in Accounts. MBA is an added advantage. Must have passed Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric standard.
- Manager (Legal): Graduate (2nd Division) with LL.B (2nd Division) and at least 2 years relevant post-qualification experience in Govt./Commercial Organizations/Financial Institutions/Banks in drafting legal documents and pursuing legal cases. Must have passed Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric standard.
- Assistant Town Planner: Postgraduate degree/diploma in Urban & Regional Planning or M.Tech in Planning, or B.Tech in Planning with 2 years relevant experience. Must be eligible for Associate Membership of the Institute of Town Planners, India, and well-versed with AutoCAD. Must have passed Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric standard.
- Senior Manager (Estate): 1st Class B.E./B.Tech or MBA or both, with minimum 6 years relevant post-qualification experience in a Public Undertaking/organization of repute, including 3 years in an executive role. LLB is an added advantage. Must have passed Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric standard.
- Manager (Estate): 1st Class B.E./B.Tech or MBA or both, with minimum 2 years relevant post-qualification experience in a Public Undertaking/organization of repute. LLB is an added advantage. Must have passed Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric standard.
